The Audit is fixed-price. Build is a monthly subscription, and Watch is an ongoing retainer. An Audit runs two to three weeks and lands in the low five figures. Build work is a monthly subscription rather than an hourly rate, because what you are buying is workflows running in production. Ongoing operation is a fraction of the build fee.
Cloud accounts, licences, and model usage are billed to you directly and stay in your name. Specialist labour needed for a fixed scope is our cost, not a line item that appears later.
Every engagement starts from a written scope with dates and deliverables. Material changes need a written change order stating the price and schedule effect before work continues.
Accounts, infrastructure, licences, documentation, and runbooks are yours. Nothing is built in a way that requires us to keep operating it.
We do not take a share of savings in place of a fee. It creates pressure to claim a result rather than measure one.
When one workflow is already clear and bounded, a Managed AI Workflow can begin with a fixed setup scope instead of a separate Audit. Setup is followed by three months of management, then continues month to month. When the right workflow is not yet clear, the Audit remains the starting point.
